FAQ:

The program works best for elementary-grade children.
The entire HappiGenius program has a total of 12 sessions. Every Sunday we share the first lesson.
A typical session is about 30-45 minutes long.
The live session is offered every Sunday at 6 pm EST.
HappiGenius offers interactive attention-building games, short breathing exercises, relationship building practices, self-management practices, problem-solving practices, books, and mini quizzes. The program also offers weekly “fun at home” practices.
The program shares three core skills – Breathing, Focusing, and Feeling (BFF). The program teaches specific skills in deep breathing, offers practices to improve focus, and helps children access more uplifting emotions. These skills then translate to better anger and disappointment management, higher patience, and better problems solving and decision-making skills.
We have conducted several pilot studies, and one IRB-approved clinical trial that has demonstrated the program’s benefits. The study manuscript is under preparation for publication in a peer-reviewed journal.
The program is taught by HappiGenius certified trainers.
HG Live is offered free of cost.
